Omar Sanchez is Clinical Lead for Creative Behavioral Connections. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and his master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. Omar began his career as an RBT in 2017, where he developed a passion for the field of behavior analysis and the compassionate care for individuals diagnosed with autism. He has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada since 2020. Omar has experience with ABA interventions in the home, clinic, and community settings across clients ages 2-18. He is knowledgeable on family interventions and parent collaborations, which are essential for an effective treatment plan.

Emily Hillegass is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Nevada. She received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Emily began her career with Creative Behavioral Connections in 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician before becoming a BCBA in 2025. She has experience providing both individual and group based services while working in home, center, and community settings.

Ashly Westgarth is the ABA Quality Assurance Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. She earned her master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University. Ashly began working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in 2018 and later started working with children and adolescents with autism and other disabilities. She works closely with staff, clients, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care is being provided.

Louie Coruzzolo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Biology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and his master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University. Since 2017, Louie has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Throughout his career, he has worked in settings such as: day habilitation, center-based services, and home-based services.

Hayli Jarvis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Nevada. She earned both her bachelor and master degree at University of Las Vegas, Nevada in special education. She began her career in Clark County School District in 2018. After working in a variety of roles including intermediate autism teacher, itinerant specialist where she provided direct support to students and teachers in autism programs throughout the district, and finally as a BCBA; Hayli has decided to continue to grow her skills and expand her expertise at Creative Behavioral Connections. She has experience in differentiating support based on individual needs in both group and one on one settings, and collaborating with school teams and parents.

Aniana Hishon is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Nevada. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. In 2021, Aniana started working for Creative Behavioral Connections as a Registered Behavior Technician before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has experience working with children and adolescents in both individual and group based services that have occurred in home, center, and community settings.

Michael McGahan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in special education, psychology, and applied behavior analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Elementary Education) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
Michael has experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities in clinic and educational settings. His work focuses on skill acquisition, communication development, and reducing challenging behavior through evidence-based ABA interventions. He is passionate about helping learners build independence and meaningful life skills while collaborating closely with families and clinical teams.
