Corey Nguyen is the Chief Executive Officer for Creative Behavioral Connections. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Nevada and Utah. He received his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Bloomfield College and his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Ball State University. Corey has more than a decade of experience working with individuals with autism and related disorders. During his career, he has worked in a variety of settings; including public schools, day habilitation, center based services, and home based services. He has worked with individuals
across the life span to support habilitation.

He is devoted to promulgating the field of ABA. He continues to teach both undergraduate and graduate level courses in ABA, at the local and national level. He volunteers as the Vice-Chair on the Nevada Commission of Autism Spectrum Disorders (CASD). This appointment gives him the opportunity to provide leadership, oversight, and legislative advocacy to Nevadans living with and supporting those with ASD.

Andrew Kriechbaumer is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience throughout many industries. With a strong foundation in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, he has played a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and financial stability across many companies. As CFO of CBC, Andrew oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and strategic planning. He is known for implementing data-driven initiatives that improve cash flow, optimize EHR integration, and enhance organizational transparency.

Andrew brings deep expertise in navigating the intersection of day to day operations and growth, ensuring that financial strategies align with quality outcomes and long-term mission-driven goals. He is passionate about leveraging financial leadership to strengthen access to care, support clinical excellence, and foster innovation in a rapidly evolving health care landscape.

Omar Sanchez, BCBA, LBA

Omar Sanchez is Clinical Lead for Creative Behavioral Connections. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and his master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. Omar began his career as an RBT in 2017, where he developed a passion for the field of behavior analysis and the compassionate care for individuals diagnosed with autism. He has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada since 2020. Omar has experience with ABA interventions in the home, clinic, and community settings across clients ages 2-18. He is knowledgeable on family interventions and parent collaborations, which are essential for an effective treatment plan.

Louie Coruzzolo, BCBA, LBA

Louie Coruzzolo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Biology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and his master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University. Since 2017, Louie has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Throughout his career, he has worked in settings such as: day habilitation, center-based services, and home-based services.

Alissa Gomez, BCBA, LBA

Alissa Gomez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Phoenix and her master’s degree in special education at Arizona State University. Alissa began her career as a Registered Behavioral Technician in 2019 and found a love for ABA therapy. She became an RBT trainer and an apprentice before becoming a BCBA in 2024. Alissa has experience working with children ages 2-16 in home, center based, educational settings and community settings.

Carleigh Sconyers is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Nevada. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development from California State University, San Bernardino, and completed her master’s in Behavior Analysis Practice at the Florida Institute of Technology. Carleigh began her career at Creative Behavioral Connections as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and advanced through the
roles of Trainer, Apprentice, and BCaBA before becoming a BCBA. She has experience providing group-based social skills services and has worked in home, center, school, and community settings. Her passion for supporting individuals and their families continues to grow as she furthers her career with Creative Behavioral Connections.

Ashly Westgarth is the ABA Quality Assurance Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. She earned her master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University. Ashly began working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in 2018 and later started working with children and adolescents with autism and other disabilities. She works closely with staff, clients, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care is being provided.

Catlyn McGuire

Catlyn McGuire is the Office Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. Catlyn is dedicated to the overall operations of the clinic, and to the quality of the psychological services provided. Catlyn works directly with staff, clients, parents, and other stakeholders to assure insurance authorizations are obtained, psychological services are scheduled, and overall quality services are provided.
