Omar Sanchez is Clinical Lead for Creative Behavioral Connections. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and his master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. Omar began his career as an RBT in 2017, where he developed a passion for the field of behavior analysis and the compassionate care for individuals diagnosed with autism. He has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada since 2020. Omar has experience with ABA interventions in the home, clinic, and community settings across clients ages 2-18. He is knowledgeable on family interventions and parent collaborations, which are essential for an effective treatment plan.

Emily Hillegass is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Nevada. She received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Emily began her career with Creative Behavioral Connections in 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician before becoming a BCBA in 2025. She has experience providing both individual and group based services while working in home, center, and community settings.

Ashley Williams-Longoria, , BCBA, LBA

St. George Clinical Lead Behavior Analyst

Ashley Williams-Longoria, M.Ed., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and social-emotional needs across clinical, community, and interdisciplinary settings.

Ashley began her career in autism services as a technician in 2015 and quickly found a deep sense of purpose in implementing and building high-quality behavioral programs grounded in dignity, compassion, and meaningful outcomes for clients and families. Throughout her career and stepping into the clinical ranks, she has partnered with teams to elevate, uphold, and improve clinical standards, streamline systems, and cultivate supportive environments where both clients and teams can thrive.

Ashley is passionate about ethical practice and high quality and creative interventions. She values collaboration, thoughtful problem-solving, and fostering growth in clinicians and technicians through mentorship, open communication, and reflective practice. She believes exceptional care is built on empathy, respect, and a commitment to continuous learning not just for clients, but for providers and systems as well.

Ashley is committed to supporting families and strengthening communities through accessible behavioral services that expand opportunities, promote independence, and improve overall well-being. Ashly Westgarth is the ABA Quality Assurance Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. She earned her master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University. Ashly began working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in 2018 and later started working with children and adolescents with autism and other disabilities. She works closely with staff, clients, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care is being provided.

Louie Coruzzolo is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Nevada. He received his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Professional Biology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and his master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University. Since 2017, Louie has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Throughout his career, he has worked in settings such as: day habilitation, center-based services, and home-based services.

Carleigh Sconyers is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Nevada. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development from California State University, San Bernardino, and completed her master’s in Behavior Analysis Practice at the Florida Institute of Technology. Carleigh began her career at Creative Behavioral Connections as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and advanced through the roles of Trainer, Apprentice, and BCaBA before becoming a BCBA. She has experience providing group-based social skills services and has worked in home, center, school, and community settings. Her passion for supporting individuals and their families continues to grow as she furthers her career with Creative Behavioral Connections.

Hayli Jarvis, BCBA, LBA

Licensed Behavior Analyst
Location: North Las Vegas

Hayli Jarvis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Nevada. She earned both her bachelor and master degree at University of Las Vegas, Nevada in special education. She began her career in Clark County School District in 2018. After working in a variety of roles including intermediate autism teacher, itinerant specialist where she provided direct support to students and teachers in autism programs throughout the district, and finally as a BCBA; Hayli has decided to continue to grow her skills and expand her expertise at Creative Behavioral Connections. She has experience in differentiating support based on individual needs in both group and one on one settings, and collaborating with school teams and parents.
