Dr. Michelle McGuire, Psy.D.
CEO/ Director of Psychological Services
Dr. McGuire is a Nevada Licensed Psychologist. She has a diverse background working with a number of different populations, including developmental and intellectual disabilities, serious mental illness, and chemical dependency. She has provided individual, group, couples and family therapy to children as young as 2 and elders well into their 80’s across a variety of settings: private practice, community agencies, residential programs, inpatient and outpatient programs, and a federal prison. She is adept in the utilization of psychological and neuropsychological testing for individuals, organizations, courts, and educational systems. She teaches for the University of Phoenix in the Master’s in Counseling Program. She has provided supervision to student interns and other professionals for over ten years.
Omar Sanchez, M.A., BCBA, LBA
BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Omar Sanchez has been working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Creative Behavioral Connections since February 2021. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2017 and his Master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University in 2020. Omar began working in the ABA field as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2017 where he developed a passion for the field. Omar has experience working in both home and center-based services.
Indara Carroll, BCaBA, LaBA
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
Indara Carroll is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She received her certification from Florida Institute of Technology in 2019. She began her career in the field of Behavior Analysis in 2017, after working as a Registered Behavior Technician. Indara has worked within the field of ABA, providing services in school, daycare, center-based, community and in-home settings. Indara has experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD, utilizing trauma informed care as well as behavior intervention strategies proven to be effective in decreasing barriers to social reinforcement and functional communication while promoting functional life skills and independence.
Linda Stevens, RBT
ABA Quality Assurance Manager
Linda Stevens graduated with honors from the College of Southern Nevada with A.A.S. in Mental Health and Disability Services. She has been with Creative Behavioral Connections since October 2017. She is a Registered Behavior Technician, and began with CBC providing direct behavioral treatment interventions. Her dedication and skills led her to be promoted to RBT Trainer, Scheduling Supervisor, and then to ABA Quality Assurance Manager. Linda believes there is not greater joy than being a part of bringing out a child’s most inner attributes, and to look at each child as being a unique person who is going to put their individual footprints on this world.
Catlyn McGuire is the Office Manager for Creative Behavioral Connections. She is dedicated to the overall operations of the clinic. She works directly with parents, staff, and other providers to assure insurance authorizations are obtained and treatment services provided.
